Update 23 August, 0845 GMT: Clan link next to profile has returned, and any problems with account verification should be resolved.

Been a couple of weeks, but we have a new build of the web site. We felt we needed a better way to handle support (our current solution proved to be unreliable) so we have created a new help system. Simply click the Help link at the top of the page.

Other changes are mostly behind the scenes, most notably for how pages are rendered by the web server. Just trying to get that extra server-side performance...

It seems there may be a small delay in the deployment of updated stylesheets and graphics. This should be resolved over the next few hours.

Changes:

- New: Easy access help and support options with full support tickets
- added ability to change real name associated with account under settings
- clan name is now truncated properly on left-hand panel
- reworked header a little, adding icons and new link to help
- refactored rendering code
