A new build today with some minor bug fixes and changes.

Server admins may be pleased to know of a new function which allows you to temporarily disable FBG stats collection for a round or a whole map. This can be triggered by using the two new !fadmin commands, or via script and changing a cvar. Having this functionality allows you to have "fun" rounds without impact towards people's profiles.

Changes follow:

- Gatherer: changed some architecture, can now run Gatherer for a single server and monitor it accordingly
- Gatherer: fixed !set endstat stats from not working
- Gatherer: added !fadmin statsoff and !fadmin statsmapoff to disable FBG stats collection for one round or for one map
- Gatherer: now looks for special cvar named fbg_ignore to allow stats ignoring to be triggered by server-side script
- Gatherer: fixed bug when timed out sessions were not being cleared as often as they should
- fixed clan tag validation
- Profile: fixed avatar image not appearing to change when modified via edit (browser cache problem)
- Server: fixed server filter not working on server list page
- added build number to bottom of page
